At Nefertiti Tan & Brow Studio, we value your time and ours. To ensure fair scheduling and efficient service, please review our policies below:
💳 Booking & Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. A $50 cancellation fee rule is applied to all services at the time of booking. Cards are only charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show. We do not store your card for future payments beyond what is securely processed through Square.

❌ Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
No-shows will also be charged the $50 fee.
Please note that cosmetic tattooing deposits are non-refundable.
💉 Cosmetic Tattooing Appointments -
Deposit & Consultation Requirements
All cosmetic tattooing services require a $150 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. No payment is taken at the time of online booking. After booking, you will receive an automated email with a secure payment link for the $150 deposit which must be paid in full to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final service cost. Along with the payment link, you will also receive a consultation form which must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to pay the deposit or complete the consultation form within the required timeframe may result in your appointment being cancelled or postponed. Please note that cosmetic tattooing deposits are non-refundable.

By booking an appointment with Nefertiti Tan & Brow Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies, including the $50 cancellation fee and the cosmetic tattooing deposit requirement where applicable.
